Jacob “Jake” House is a decorated veteran of law enforcement and currently serves at the North Little Rock Police Department (NLRPD). He is a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and possesses the multi-engine commercial pilot rating as well as the Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS) rating.

A native of Sherwood, Arkansas, Jake graduated from Henderson State University in 2001 with a degree in Professional Aviation. In 2008, after serving NLRPD for five years, Jake became a chartering and founding member of NLRPD’s Unmanned Aerial Surveillance Unit, which remains operational today. He continues to provide education and instruction to fellow officers.

Jake specializes in providing guidance and instruction to agencies regarding the creation, development, and implementation of sUAS programs. He also prepares and teaches pilot candidates for the FAA-mandated sUAS pilot exam.

As an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arkansas, Jake delivers blocks of instruction to agencies and officers, helping them create and develop sUAS programs. His company, accredited by the Arkansas Commission of Law Enforcement Standards and Training (CLEST), serves entities such as the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Arkansas state government entities, and numerous local law enforcement agencies.

With extensive expertise in aviation, law enforcement training, and crime scene investigations, Jake serves as the sUAS Instructor for NLRPD and is a Commissioner for the North Little Rock Airport Commission.

Stephen Wright enlisted in the United States Army in 2007, honorably serving over 15 years of reserve and active service. A graduate of the prestigious Defense Information School (DINFOS), Wright is a highly decorated Operation Enduring Freedom combat veteran (Afghanistan 2013), functioning in areas such as public affairs, marketing, and Information Operations (I.O.). His expertise in imagery acquisition has given him a well-established record of success within the Department of Defense.

A native of El Dorado, Arkansas, Stephen graduated from the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy (ALETA) in 2014 as a certified law enforcement officer and functioned primarily in the areas of crime scene investigations, synthetic drug investigations, and first responder safety. He possesses numerous certifications in disaster response and incident command from agencies such as the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), and the Public Agency Training Council (PATC).

Well-versed in imagery acquisition, manipulation, and production—both photography and videography—his products have been published internationally by numerous entities such as ABC News, NBC, The Weather Channel, The Discovery Channel, Stars and Stripes, Military Times, Al Jazeera, and many more. He has been recognized for his work by NASA and Citizen Soldier Magazine.

A CFR Part 107 FAA Licensed sUAS Pilot, Stephen is the Co-Founder and Senior Instructor for Unmanned Systems - Imagery Acquisition, Manipulation & Production at Sea Air Land Technology.
